STEPHANIE LUDWIG
UX and Strategy for AI/ML-led Products • Conversation Designer

A FEW THINGS ABOUT ME
I enjoy identifying core user needs, and developing smart, real-world, user-centric solutions. I'm adept at understanding a problem from all facets, and developing a path to the long-view vision of products.
My company, EyeLevel, was born from real-world problems my team and I experienced with conversational AI product development, advertising, and scale. We created a platform made for scale with a simple front-end experience for anyone who wants to add conversation to their marketing efforts.
I was the lead designer for consumer-facing IBM Watson/augmented intelligence integrations in TWC products. This included researching, developing strategies for, and designing engaging conversational experiences for chatbots, cognitive search, and voice search. My team that built the world's most popular chatbot for Facebook Messenger in 2017, with over 1M users the 4 months. The year prior, I was the lead designer for personalized experiences for the TWC suite of digital products. I thoroughly enjoyed working for a brand with a rich history whose products help people around the world plan their everyday lives, and also help keep them safe.
I have extensive experience in product strategy, UX, design and development, along with marketing automation. I have developed many successful integrated, multi-channel campaigns that include websites, apps, CRM, and display.
Past clients from my agency experience include AT&T, Gas South, Manheim, Assurant, AutoTrader, DealerMatch, GE, Beazer Homes, and Asheville CVB.
I have studied many forms of dance, most particularly vernacular jazz dance, and have been a member of 3 professional dance groups. My newest dance learning experience has taken me to the air - aerial dance arts.
I also design and sew elaborate costumes for dance and theatre, and volunteer my skills for a non-profit outreach program for underserved youth. I am an avid runner, outdoor enthusiast, and love biking to work. Also, for three years, I helped organize and support the local Travis Manion Foundation 9/11 Heroes Run, which benefits veterans, military personnel, first responders and their families on a local and national level through mentorships and scholarships.
